Tour de Park City Race

Location: Coalville, Utah

Description: The Pinnacle event of the 2010 Tour de Park City will be the USCF sanctioned road race, held this year in Coalville, UT and the City Park.  The City Park is located at 100 south and Park Road in Coalville, UT just past the High School.

The race features a 150 mile course open to all USCF license category riders. (note: New categories add this year) A one day USCF license is needed for non USCF licensed cyclists in order to participate in the race. The full year license can be purchased via www.usacycling.org. Full license and day license can be purchased at the packet pickup locations or day of the event at the registration booth. The cost of a one day license is $10.00.

Many have “coined” this event as one of the toughest one day races America. Those who are able to finish add one of the most impressive badges of honor to their cycling resume. Please be prepared for a long ride, heat, cold, wind, steep climbs, false flats, altitude, and fast descents. One thing is sure…..when you cross the finish line having survived everything the Tour de Park City race challenges you with, you will then join the ranks of those called “human cycling machines”. Good Luck!!

Route: Coalville to Upton to Chalk Creek to Evanston to Bald Mountain Pass to Kamas to Peoa to Wanship to Coalville. 150 miles.

Start of the ride: 2010-07-31
End of the ride: 2010-07-31
