NAMIBikes Utah: The GLMR Century

Location: Spanish Fork, Utah

Description: Join us for the fifth annual Ride for Hope, Healing and Happiness.
Come celebrate life by riding NAMIBikes Utah: The GLMR. Offering 3 marked and supported routes (42 miles, 67 miles and 100 miles). In 2008 an avid cyclist,

Gary Ludlow, was taken by mental illness. We ride in honor of him and to enjoy the great sport that he loved. Proceeds raised go to support the National

Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Utah). We are turning the tide of perception and helping raise awareness that people living with mental illness need a

community that supports them, their families and their recovery. Mental health issues are real, they are common and they are treatable. We ride to confront

stigma and celebrate the hope of recovery!
NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the largest grassroots mental health organization in the country We are dedicated to building better

lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. By riding with us, you are ensuring that help and hope are available to the families and

individuals in need.

their overall funds raised. Donations to an individual (through an individual fundraising page or offline) benefit only that individual. However,

individual funds are represented in team totals, and top fundraising teams will be rewarded

NAMIBikes and GLMR events include multiple road distances, family rides, kids events, music, food and more. These are fast-paced and fun events, and we go

nowhere without talented volunteers! Lend a hand! Volunteers are needed to help in the following areas:
